Meet Chef Amos

Chef Amos has more than 12 years of diverse culinary experience. As the owner of The Maurielle Group, she does customized catering for private clients, conducts interactive cooking classes and operates "Good Sugar Confections."™ She focuses on teaching her clients the art of flavor and food appreciation. She has traveled extensively in the United States and abroad to bring the best the world has to offer into the kitchen. During her career, she has worked in the South of France, New York City and Atlanta with some of the best chefs in the industry. She is a former instructor with world renowned Le Cordon Bleu and a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City. Chef Amos has also created recipes for the American Heart Association's Healthy Soul Food Recipes cookbook.
